Excellent location! Not far from airport and Coconut Market Place. Great value! The staff is so helpful and friendly. We had a Garden View room. Nice and quiet after 10 PM. Very family-friendly. Loved having the restaurant Lava Lava Beach Club so close by, and in front of the ocean. We are definitely coming back.

Better than the 5-star resorts... Yes. In some ways, the Kauai Shores Hotel has a leg or two up on the 5-star resorts. Nowhere else on the island were we able to find a hotel with true beachside dining or a true beachside stay. KSH delivers a nostalgic and authentic Kauaian time on every level.
