All you need to do is show your valid photo ID and credit card to pick up your key. You must request this service 1 week prior to your arrival.

 

What to expect before arriving to Kauai Shores Hotel

1.) Please call 1 week prior to your arrival (808) 822-4951 or complete form below to provide your cell phone number and email address so, we can get you set up for pre-arrival text messaging. One the day of your arrival you will receive a text message that will allow you to fill out your registration card with electronic signature and then an email will be sent to you via Sertfi for a PCI compliant credit card authorization form. Both forms must be completed before arrival.

2.) We require all staff members and guests to wear a face mask while walking throughout the property. The hotel will not provide one for you.

3.) We ask that you please follow the 6 ft. social distancing rule.

4.) We will have not have valet parking available at this time. Self-parking will remain available and is included in the amenity fee.

5.) Bellman will be available for luggage delivery throughout our property using the proper PPE and wiping all luggage handles.

We want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our guests and staff is our highest priority and we are committed to adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation practices. We continue to monitor updates from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Hawaii Department of Health and make any necessary adjustments to our procedures.

Our cleaning and disinfecting procedures adhere to CDC and health department standards and all of our staff have been trained on the proper use of cleaning products and processes. In recent weeks, we have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols in common areas of the resort as well as in our rooms. Additionally, we have made hand sanitizers available around our property for your use.
